Due to some disturbances encountered during the first days of the transfer period of application filing, via the PROGRESS platform for new students holders of the baccalaureate 2016, the Ministry decided to extend the period of transfers until Monday, September 19 2016. During this period 17 to 19 September the website dedicated to this operation will be open from 08 am to 18: 00.
